This is kind of a vague spoiler in itself, but the reason the movie works so well and leaves audiences energized and enthusiastic in the end is that there are no forced twists or tragic turns that kill the roller-coaster fun...which you'd think would make the movie as shallow and unfulfilling as a Hostess truck full of Snowballs, but is actually refreshing and more unexpected than any big swerves would have been.
