Hot on the heels of the Wii adaptation of the popular Resident Evil 4, Capcom has announced that they’ve shipped their latest title in the franchise for the system. Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles centers around the fall of the Umbrella Corporation. To do this, gamers will revisit and play through various locations seen in Resident Evil 0, 1, 2 and 3 as well as never before seen areas.

This time around, the game will be played from a first person perspective. Gamers will be able to play as Chris, Jill, Rebecca, Billy and Carlos. The overriding story of Wesker’s return and the unveiling of new details about Umbrella link together the chapters as players revisit classic scenarios from previous Resident Evil games.

Resident Evil: The Unbrella Chronicles is a Wii exclusive and supports one player or two player co-op.
