Uwe Boll Boxing Match: First Challengers Announced
Posted by: Howard Brown on August 22, 2006 at 4:51 pm
Everyone has heard of Uwe Boll’s challenge to critics. After receiving a slew of horrid reviews for his latest film BloodRayne earlier this year, Boll was incensed and did what any successful filmmaker would do — challenged his detractors to a boxing match to knock some sense into them and settle the score. Boll proposed a 3-round match against anyone with the guts to step into the ring with him. The matches would receive international exposure and be filmed as part of his next feature film, ‘Postal’.
The first challengers have been announced and some of them may be familiar to you.
Richard “Lowtax” Kyanka from Lee’s Summit, Missouri, Webmaster /CEO for Something Awful
Jeff Sneider from Los Angeles, California, Journalist for Ain’t It Cool News
Chris Alexander from Toronto, Ontario, Journalist / Radio Announcer for Rue Morgue
Nelson Chance Minter from Fredrick, Maryland, Website Critic
The four matches are currently scheduled for September 23.

Right now, I’m imagining a Rocky training montage, with Uwe Boll’s face on Stallone’s body!

I hope Lowtax beats the living **** out of Boll and gives that douche brain damage.
He butched the Resident Evil movie franchise.
In fact, I hope Lowtax butchers this son of a *****.

Yeah, pity Anderson and Boll ain’t fighting; there’s a win-win no matter what. Good thing this isn’t a Punch-Out movie…the “Boll” Charge is a little more than I could bare (though it’d be frickin’ hilarious after Little Mac slugs him in the gut at the last second to see Boll do that thing Bald Bull does when you do it to him).
