wait a sec, straczynski took over this title from bendis? what the f?? here’s hoping he doesnt crap it up like the spider-man and ff civil war tie-ins… i liked the first arc of rising stars, but other than that i cant recall a single straczynski book that has done it for me.

Uhhh … Actually, if I’m not mistaken: 9-parts, 3 written by Bendis, 3 written by JMS, 3 written by (man I hope I’m right on this) Loeb.

So yeah, JMS didn’t exactly “take over” from Bendis. That’s how it’s been solicited from the beginning.
