Regular show watcher Sean Rogers tipped me off to a very cool project he’s just started on… Reviewing every single issue of Amazing Spider-Man. In depth. According to Sean:

I’m in the middle of a writing project concerning Spider-Man. I’m reading every issue of The Amazing Spider-Man, writing a short essay, and having a discussion forum about it. I’m trying to read between the lines, and draw points of cultural relevance from the comic books. Basically, I’m reading way too much into Spider-Man.

So far he’s only reviewed about seven issues, but head on over to his blog and encourage him to keep going. This is a fun, smart project, and I’d love to see him make it all the way to the end.

Oh, and Sean, if you add in every issue of Web of Spider-Man, you’ll have me as an even bigger fan.
