A new fan-film throwing tribute to Turtle Rock Studios’ Left 4 Dead franchise gives tribute (and then some) to one of this generation’s highly praised first-person shooters.

We can thank AIRSOFTGIdotcom and producers Northern Five Entertainment for this great video that features L4D characters Zoey, Louis and Francis as they make their way to the boathouse outside of Riverside to board the Slater’s fishing vessel. The short-film goes swimmingly good at the start but expect to be completely thrown when the zombie-fest gets grittier (we won’t spoil it for you — just watch).
