Shades of Memnon promo video

This link will take you to a new promotional video for the Shades of Memnon novels by Gregory Walker, aka Brother G. If you’re unfamiliar with the series, it focuses on a royal African warrior in the time of the Trojan War. I’ve met Gregory on several occasions; he’s very smart and savvy, not to mention a big comics fan as well. The page includes a link to purchase the Memnon books.

I have read Books 1 and 2. Now I’m on 3. The series is sick. Better than most of the garbage out there. Easy quick read. I highly recommend

If you want to see want black kids should be seeing on TV, in movies or reading in books; this is a great start.
