BOOK OF THE MONTH:
New Warriors #1 (Marvel)
Duh! This is one of the biggest buzz books out there right now – although I do kinda wish some of it were due to the fact that Kevin Grevioux’s writing it. You know, the guy who co-created the film Underworld and has written for TV and put out a whole bunch of titles with Alias Comics last year? No? Well, regardless, this is sure to kick off with a huge splash.

Earthlight V2. The three-time GCA-nominated sci-fi series continues.
Avengers Classic #1. In the tradition of X-Men Classic, new stories set during the early days of the Avengers, co-written by Dwayne McDuffie.
Justice #12 (of 12). The final issue of this multiple-sellout JLA megaseries, pencilled by Doug Braithwaite.
Goosebumps Graphix: Scary Summer. Kyle Baker is among the artists who adapt the RL Stine kids horror stories for comics.
