Hooray! At long last, the three-time Glyph Comics Award-winning mini-series is concluded, and with the move to Image, this is only the beginning for Kyle Baker. Expect more cool stuff from him later in the year, including new Bakers material.

Firestorm The Nuclear Man #33. Dwayne McDuffie’s first issue as writer.

Squadron Supreme: Hyperion vs. Nighthawk #2 (of 4)
Punisher Presents Barracuda #1 (of 5). From the pages of the Max Punisher series comes this mini focusing on the popular mercenary character.
Beyond HC, Action Comics #847. The former written by McDuffie, who has a backup story in the latter.
Nextwave: Agents of HATE – This is What They Want TP
The Damaged #3. Art by MD Bright.
Gold Digger #82, GD Sourcebook #3, GD Super Specials 3-pack, Pirates vs. Ninjas #2 (of 3). Story and art by Fred Perry, except for PvN, which he only writes.
Return of the Super Pimps #1. New title that is exactly what the name implies – super-powered pimps and hos. The writer is apparently a screenwriter of some note.

Super Bad James Dynomite #5. Written by the Wayans Bros.

The Red Line #3 (of 4). Written by Geoffrey Thorne.
Alien Legion TPs. Titan Publishing re-releases two TPs of the old sci-fi series, illustrated by Larry Stroman.
Tokyo Tribes V6. The latest edition of the Japanese manga.

I think you missed John Ridley’s The American Way TP, though.

It wasn’t in the December 2006 Previews, which is what I always go by when I compile this list. I think it was supposed to have come out in January. Then again, as we all know, books have a habit of getting rescheduled and resolicited and so forth. I have it prominently featured in the weekly list for February 7, though.
