Everything I hear about this damn project sounds amazing. Now, it’s all about everything I SEE, and the anticipation for spring 2010 is excruciating. I’ll forgive DC for Superman/Batman: Public Enemies because, clearly, their attention was focused on Crisis on Two Earths. I knew that Dwayne McDuffie was on the writing chores – which was instant purchase for me – but I did NOT know that Lauren Montgomery was handling the directing chores. Blah, blah, blah…just watch the video feature after the jump.

So Laruen Montgomery is directing, and if you’ve been following her career, she’s the best thing to happen to WB animation since Joaquim Dos Santos. If you haven’t seen Green Lantern: First Flight or Wonder Woman (the recent animated movie), you’re seriously missing out.

Also of note is voice director Andrea Romano’s always impeccable casting choices. She seems to veer away from the expected Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman, but the voices that she has chosen this go round are extremely exciting. Spring can’t arrive soon enough.
