The hottest couple from the HBO vampire series True Blood have officially tied the knot. Anna Paquin (Sookie Stackhouse) and Stephen Moyer (Bill Compton) took the plunge in real life this past Saturday in a private wedding ceremony in Malibu. The couple were joined by friends, family and series costars Ryan Kwanten (Jason Stackhouse), Sam Trammell (Sam Merlotte), Rutina Wesley (Tara Thornton), Carrie Preston (Arlene Fowler) as well as series creator Alan Ball.

Anna (28) and Stephen’s (40) marriage come after a year-long engagement where Stephen proposed to her with a vintage-style ring on the beach last August. “It’s great to have the freedom to enjoy your work and not feel like you’re leaving your other life behind,” Paquin, 28, says of the couple’s relationship. “It’s a pretty sweet setup.”
