Actually, I'm working on Vol 2 right now. The script is finished and the penciller (a different guy from the first volume, I wanted a change in mood) is well on his way.
If you do review it, please let me know. I appreciate any help to get the word out about UNIT PRIMES.

Hey, Chris. I picked it up on Wednesday and read it on the subway ride way home. Good stuff! Strong character work, both in the text and the visuals. Kudos in particular to you and Federico for pulling off the expressive cucumber heads of Yiralo and Alo!

Hopefully will get around to reviewing it soon. Is there a Vol 2 coming some day?

Hello, I'm Chris Dreier--the creator, writer and inker of UNIT PRIMES. Thanks for the plug! I encourage everyone to check it out. It's a character study/slice of life sci-fi.

Thanks again!

"As if you expected it."

Not so much expected it as not surprised by it, since you yourself noted, it's not unusual in comics. Glad to hear you're taking it seriously, though. THAT is certainly unusual.

BTW, from the little bit I knew about the four launch titles, The Seekers was the one that most piqued my interest, so I'm definitely looking forward to it.

Yes-there have been scheduling problems with the Guardian Line. We are fixing that. Ask me sometime how many people have been fired over this and you will see how serious I am about this kind of high school crap. This is simply NOT acceptable. But to say "The Guardian Line is ALREADY running into scheduling problems' seems a bit much. As if you expected it. All the major comic companies ship a great deal of their product late every month. Do they FIRE the people responsible if they keep missing deadlines? We do. Out of respect to the retailers and the fans. We have problems like any other start up but we fix them immediately. It may take a bit to get things flowing but there are some comic companies who have been at this for 60 years and still ship late. Oh by the way I'm still waiting on something from popcultureshock.com that was supposed to be to me last Monday. So there! ;)
