Captain Action is some manner of pulp hero book put out by Moonstone. This month’s issue, number 5, features not only President Obama, but Vice-President Biden too!

Yes – that’s right. Captain Action is the original superhero action figure, created in 1966 by the inventor who developed GI Joe. We’ve brought him back, and in this newest issue he teams with Obama, Biden and McKeon to face an alien Death Panel and the Red Crawl!
