And if you don’t see us at the PopCultureShock table that means we’re out on the floor somewhere — just look for the PCS t-shirts!

Slate is 21+ as far as age limit goes, and as for dress code — the official word from Slate is “jeans and sneakers are fine, no athletic wear.” So basically, don’t look like a bum.

And yes I do realize that one can wear athletic suits and look sharp & crispy — but regardless I’m just passing the word along. We want to see everyone there if possible!

I can’t wait for this Saturday. It’s going to be a long day for me, with the Buffy panel in the morning all the way to the afterparty.

Hey guys! First, I just wanna say, Brown and I are pretty damned geared up for this party. The music is gonna be reallly really eclectic; been killing every thrift store and underground record shop in Brooklyn this week looking for new material, some nice vintage funk to throw down, classic 90s hip-hop, no-wave, New York throwbacks, nu-jazz, maybe some cool electronica, afrobeat. . . man, I don’t even know how we’re gonna fit all this in, but it should be nice.

I do want to mention, though, due to complications with having a free, public party, we will be splitting music duties for night with Slate’s resident Saturday DJs. Just so folks know to get there early to catch those free Marvel USB sticks, and as much of mine and Mr. Brown’s official comic-con DJ mixset as possible.

And hey, if you like our sound, feel free to mention that to the people at Slate while you’re there, and maybe they’ll give the okay to extend our set’s hours! Then we can keep this party as much in comic/PCS family as possible!

Can’t wait to see you all there.
