GameTap Kicks Off Cartoon Week

By: Howard Brown

Every Day Is Saturday As GameTap Rolls Out “Cartoon Week”

This week, along with the usual addition of video games to the GameTap vault, GameTap TV will feature the premiere of new cartoons guaranteed to make fans smile. Games and cartoons go hand in hand, and GameTap is the ultimate destination for both. The two cartoons to be launched today on the Animation Channel are:

* Sealab 2021 - Adult Swim aficionados will immediately stand
up and take notice with the premiere of Sealab 2021 on GameTap TV. This animated series is set one year after the original Sealab 2020, only in this installment, the crew has slowly lost its mind, spending more time goofing off than doing any type of work. Punching people along the way, Captain Hazel “Hank” Murphy and his dysfunctional crew aimlessly explore the deep waters.

* Computer Lab, Season 2 - Produced by GameTap and Soup2Nuts,
the creators of Adult Swim’s “Home Movies,” the second season of “Computer Lab” will follow the continued misadventures of Bun, Turbo and Jill as they work (at times) at the all-night computer lab at the University of State College.

The list of cartoon-themed games launching this week on GameTap
includes:

* Adventures of Batman(tm) & Robin(tm)
* Batman(tm) Toxic Chill
