Be Beautiful announced the winners of its Yaoi-Con Kazuma Kodaka Doujinshi Contest today. Throughout Yaoi-Con 2005, held this past October, Be Beautiful gave attendees a chance to win a collection of doujinshi drawn and autographed by Kazuma Kodaka -- Yaoi-Con Guest of Honor, master yaoi storyteller, and author of Be Beautiful's Kizuna: Bonds of Love.

Be Beautiful randomly selected two entries out of all those cast and has been in contact with both winners since the convention's close -- Deane Johnson, a first-time Yaoi-Con attendee who got hooked on yaoi from her sister and whose favorite book is Kizuna: Bonds of Love, and a woman who prefers to go by the name Sansei555, a yaoi fan for ten solid years, whose favorite books are Embracing Love and Kizuna: Bonds of Love and has attended every Yaoi-Con so far.

Each of the two Yaoi-Con Kazuma Kodaka Doujinshi Contest winners will soon receive a set of seven limited edition Hana to Ryu Japanese comics – a prequel to Kizuna – drawn and autographed by Kodaka-sensei along with an enamel Be Beautiful pin and personal letter of thanks from Be Beautiful's publisher.
