New York Comic-Con Approaches

As various other, more newsie outlets are doing a far better job of listing everything you should see at this year’s New York Comic-Con, I’m instead going to tell you what WE’RE doing, so you can check that out:

Newsarama Interviews: We’re going to be doing interviews throughout the con for Newsarama, which you’ll be able to check over there. We’ll be doing our patented SkyBox interviews, so look up and wave hello, plus we’ll be running around the floor at points taping down there.

Comic Book Club Taping: At some point, we’ll be taping the week’s episodes of Comic Book Club on the floor at Comic-Con. I’m not quite sure when right now, but most likely Saturday morning, so if you’re around, come by and say hello. If we get super ambitious, we may upload daily updates to the YouTube channel, so stay tuned.

One thing we’re NOT going to be doing is our panel on Friday afternoon. Unfortunately, due to the schedule with taping, not all of us could have been there, and we’d rather not do a half-hearted show for you guys. There’s some great stuff going on at the Variant Stage anyway, so check that all out.

And now, I’m curious: What do YOU guys want us to cover? What are you dying to hear about? Let us know, and we’ll try to find out info for ya. See you at Comic Con!

So, to Pete and Alex, are you guys blessed with wives cool enough to attend the CON also? I’m not sure my wife would be down!

I ask because the picture made me curious. ; )

Hey Alex, it would be awesome if you could do some covering on Flash Rebirth if you can, and maybe find out who is going to be the regular team on JSA maybe? Thanks a lot!

@KW – Agreed! I hear the the New York Comic-Con is the only con that stuck to it’s classic roots. Next year I hope to go but for now, I hope they post all the information they gathered from there.

I’d love to hear what Grant Morrison has to say about Batman’s future… but he’s not going anymore!!!

It’d also be cool to hear about the future of the Marvel U with Dark Reign and everything. I’d love to see you guys chat with Jeph Loeb again too. Those last videos that you did at a con with him were pretty funny.

Cheers :)
