This announcement is so much more welcome cause we all thought it would never happen. If they announced this before Jackson made all the noise about no more Nick Fury, I think it would have been just a little less special. Whomever planned on linking the films and using SLJ's Nick Fury as the combining thread between them, is original in film making history.
