Integra and Helmina could be twin sisters, Alucard and Jack looks almost exactly alike, Hansen has said a few things that make me think of Anderson (dust to dust, ect.), and Noh-A acts a heck a lot like Seras in the first few volumes of Hellsing. Nevertheless, I'm reading this series until the end. It's truly delightful for all those who can stomach a little bit of gore and fanservice. I love this series, although I noticed right away that it might have been too influenced by Hellsing. Visually, Jack does kind of look like Alucard though. Might be the smile?
