It looks like they’re shitajiki. I care more for the fact that they’re promoting Silver Diamond. I hadn’t seen volume 3 on their site, though Amazon lists it as due in December, so that was worrying me. After the review copy hooked me, I’ve been waiting to get my hands on volume 2!

Thanks for the clarification, Michelle! “Shitajiki” sounds like something I might want to win; “clear file” sounds like a poor cousin of the Trapper Keeper! And hooray for Silver Diamond’s return… that has all the earmarks of a great guilty pleasure.

Ha, just the other day I was thinking how I’d kind of like to own a Trapper Keeper again (I adored the one with a kitten on that I had back in ‘84), but I don’t know what I’d really do with it.

There’s more news for happiness—in RightStuf’s page of New/Changed Items it now shows a solicitation for volume 4. Huzzah! More snarky snake goodness!

Now if only they’d rescue Suppli from licensing limbo, I’d be a very happy camper!

Me too! I’d like to see Kindaichi finish, too. I think it only had 3 volumes left to go.
