Join TOKYOPOP creators for an exciting evening celebrating the influence of Japanese popular culture on American culture! Kinokuniya bookstore’s newest location in Bryant Park, New York City will host the event, which will feature a panel of TOKYOPOP original manga artists moderated by Roland Kelts, author of the acclaimed book Japanamerica. Hiroki Otsuka (Boys of Summer), James Barry (Warriors: The Manga), and Melissa DeJesus (Sokora Refugees) will be on hand discuss their experiences creating original manga for TOKYOPOP.
