It is kind of awkward sometimes, particularly in "X + Y." I'd be interested to read your take on it. :)

For whatever reason, this was the second volume of manga I bought, after Ranma 1/2, chosen randomly from the Viz catalog at the time. I read it dozens of times and wasn't sure what to think of it when I was 14, but I sort of grew to hate it as I kept reading it. I remember thinking it was weird and awkward for some reason. I haven't read it in years, I'm sure I'd love it now. I ought to try it next time I get the chance, it's currently stored elsewhere.

Also, I sometimes have luck running across things like this at cons.

When I looked on Amazon today, the lowest price was $8. With shipping added, you'd be looking at $12, which is actually cheaper than the original cover price! :)
