		<description>[...] MANGA RECON is holding a poetry contest for those living in the four metro areas of New York, Denver, San Francisco and Peoria for tickets to an exclusive event screening of DEATH NOTE: L, Change the World. This movie is an offshoot of the hugely popular Death Note manga, but sadly pales in comparison to the intelligent structure of the original source. DEATH NOTE: L, Change the World is an L story, (focused on the detective, rather than the criminal of Death Note) and sometimes mysterious characters are better left mysterious. L becomes a parody of himself in DEATH NOTE: L, Change the World, and this sad attempt at stroking the Death Note franchise for all it is worth would have been better capsized in Japanese waters.
