The above quote explains today&#039;s cultural climate regarding race.  The word &quot;racist&quot; is too often the word of choice by a Black person who is criticized or suffers a personal setback.  It doesn&#039;t help that professional poverty pimps like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson play into this &quot;faux racism&quot; mindset.

Even comics aren&#039;t immune.  For example, some Reggie Hudlin fans would lob the &quot;r-bomb&quot; at those who didn&#039;t like the writer&#039;s run on Black Panther.  These racist charges were silly since:

a. Some of Hudlin&#039;s critics were Black.

b.  These critics were fans of the Black Panther comics penned by Priest, who is also Black.

Thus, I&#039;m not surprised by Keef&#039;s cartoon being accused of the very racism it&#039;s condemning.</description>
