Rockstar Games has sent word that they’ll be releasing Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars on Sonys PlayStation Portable. Whether or not this is due to the sales of the original Nintendo DS version not meeting expectations is anyone’s guess.

Rockstar Leeds is adding enhancements such as upscaled widescreen graphics, enhanced lighting and animation, and new story missions.

Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars hits the PlayStation Portable this Fall.
