Frank Miller has cast actor Gabriel Macht in his upcoming adaptation of Will Eisner’s The Spirit, according to Variety. Recently seen in The Good Shepherd, Macht will appear in another comic adaptation, Whiteout, with Kate Beckinsale, before taking on The Spirit. Filming is set to begin in October, to be completed for a 2009 release.
