I could never understand why we didn’t hear more of Davina throughout the rest of the 90s. She finally released a follow-up album independently in 2007, but I had higher hopes for her after releasing Best of Both Worlds. It’s one of the few albums I own where I genuinely love every song. From her first single “So Good”, to gems like “When It Rains”, “The Way I Feel About You”, and a cover of Michael Jackson’s “Can’t Help It” that definitely does the original justice, I was hooked. Perfect music to get your lovin’ on to.
