The audience laughed through the entire trailer for Goya's Ghosts--not a good sign! The only reason it's getting a theatrical release is because Milos Forman directed Amadeus. (Although to be honest, I had a similar reaction to that movie as you did to Goya's Ghosts.)

ME2 sounds interesting, but what I really want to comment on is Goya's Ghosts! I happened to catch a free screening of this movie almost a year ago. Afterward, audience members were asked to give feedback on it and I gave it pretty bad marks; the girl I was with gave it even worse. (I believe I was trying to be nice). The acting was bad and the story was unnecessarily long and quickly lost focus; worst of all, it this period piece never really made anyone believe it was happening in that period. Sure, some of this could be helped with a lot of editing, but personally I'm pretty amazed it was even released...
