SPX was good. My friends were surprised to see me there since it was the same weekend as the Mid-Ohio Con. I would’ve liked to have gone to both, but it wasn’t possible, and given the choice, I had to go with SPX. Among the people I met for the first time there was Templar, Arizona creator (and Glyph Comics Award winner) Spike, and she was as charming and witty as I imagined her. She was selling volume one of Templar at half price because it was apparently printed on lower-grade paper than volume two, but don’t let that stop you from buying it if you haven’t already!
