 Previews website says the 15th despite the holiday on Monday. Check with your local comic shop to be sure. Don Cheadle will replace Terrence Howard in Iron Man 2!

Cheadle will bring some off-intensity to the role. Yes, I said it. War Machine requires a little leading man magic. 2 | Rich Watson October 15th, 2008 at 11:47 am If it was indeed all about money, then Terrence Howard is an idiot. He’s no Will Smith yet; far from it. While I think he saw the Iron Man franchise as his ticket to the A-list, I also think he was a bit too eager to get his own spin-off movie and perhaps was blinded by the $$$. Pure speculation, of course. Still, there’s no doubt he was a terrific Rhodey. I think Don Cheadle will be a different kind of Rhodey, which I can live with although it could be a potentially rough transition. Doesn’t bode well for IM2 overall, but hopefully Jon Favreau can work with it. 3 | Claudia Wow, I’m embarrassed to admit that I’ve never heard of Black Lightning before this post… Thanks for the news on the upcoming series. |
