The website http://www.htmlComics.com is a new form of presenting a public resource library, and it specializes in the hosting of entire comic books, with over 140,000 to view. While staying in the tradition of a public library resource, the site does not require membership nor payment, but allows any user to view and read comic books at their leisure. As is the case with a library source, copy of the material is prevented to all reasonable means while using the user interface presented, thus conforming to the concept of not distributing their material.
