Looks like Millar has forgotten that Invisible Woman’s invisibility applies in the Infra-Red Spectrum as well (says so in the Official Handbooks)…

looks cool. Maybe he didnt forget that her powers work in infra red, maybe it dosnt work for the guy. They dont show.

Sue is invisible but Johnny’s giving off a hell of a lot of heat and that’s probably noticeable in the infrared.

Didn’t Iron Man say in ASM that the neg-zone prison was permanent? Civil War is so inconsistent it’s more funny than tragic.

Yes, but he’s trying to reason with Peter. Besides, he said imprisonment is permanent as long as they refuse to register, not Neg-Zone.
