Atari sends word that The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena has gone gold. The sequel to the well recieved The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape From Butcher Bay provides gamers with an all new campaign and 6 multiplayer modes. As if that weren’t enough, gamers who missed the original on the Xbox will now be able to play it remastered in HD.

The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena will be available on both PS3 and Xbox 360 on April 7. The demo is available on both consoles now.
