Ooh, lordy, what is going on with Maria Hill’s hair, there? It looks like they ripped Raven’s do out of an old issue of Teen Titans, cut half off, and stuck it on Hill.

That rant aside, I love Perkins’ Black Widow.

great issue – things are coming apart and together simultaneously. The Skull is finally the arch nemesis Cap always needed – more fearsome than Dr. Doom or Magneto -
