Slayers battle to the death in the thrilling conclusion to Brian K. Vaughan’s four-issue run on Buffy Season Eight.
With Joss Whedon serving as Executive Producer and Georges Jeanty (The American Way) as series artist, Buffy Season Eight continues to entertain longtime Buffy fans and newcomers alike.
Um yeah, not an expert here but Faith isn’t the redhead…that’s Willow. Willow isn’t a slayer from Boston. Just thought Georges Jeanty should know that.

always been a fan of faiths character but as joss himself said in a past interview she belongs more in the world of Angel than buffy. I love how BKV wrote faith, he almost made me forget she was joss’ character. BKV has been, quite honestly, my favorite mainstream writer for some time now. despite my love of joss’ writing growing up and the major influence it had on my own writing, sometimes I am dissapointed with his comic work(for example his runaways work and lack of developement with collosus in astonishing until recently.)thankfully, Terry Moore, an indie writer who created my favorite comic, period, Strangers in Paradise, will be writing runaways. sometimes, I think whedons to much of a fan of these series to write them in a surprising way that revolutionizes the couse of the story. Of course, he did this somewhat in astonishing, but in a decompressed way. I was not initially a fan of morrissons x-men, but he enacted real change that clarified what that book meant, onky to have it retconed by a jilted eic. I am looking forward to whedon and dushku recollaborating for the fox tv series Echo, whose character sounds quite similair to Aphrodite IX. still for those of us who were hoping for the rumored faith series when angel ended, this may satisfy us.

I would have loved to see Faith move on to be a regular on Angel.
