Microsoft has announced the release date for the Japanese RPG Blue Dragon. Blue Dragon will be releasing in the US on August 28th. The Xbox 360 exclusive title is the second collaboration between Final Fantasy creator Hironobu Sakaguchi and Dragon Ball creator Akira Toriyama. The music in the title will be handled by Nobuo Uematsu, known for his music composition on the Final Fantasy series.

Now if only Sakaguchi-san can make the worldwide release of Lost Odyssey happen this Holiday as he promised us back in March, 360 gamers will really have something to be excited about.
