Too bad they couldn’t find an artist who could draw people jogging. That panel with Tigra and Hank looks like they’re just standing there holding their fists up.

Hardball. if you’ve been paying attention, its Hardball. He won’t be long for the Initiative, he’ll be joining Jubilees new team soon enough.

I’m not a fan of the art either, but I like these characters, so I’ll stick with the book.
You know how the more popular japanese manga books are published on a weekly basis because they have a conveyor-belt team of 30 artists working on them? Thats what the art reminds me of, but in color.
