That’s how much it costs to get into the San Diego Zoo. And that’s not even counting all the other features. Fortunately, I did not want to see the Zoo that badly, even though I did end up taking a loooooong walk uphill just to get there, so today I visited the museums instead.

The Zoo is inside Balboa Park and the Park has a bunch of really cool museums. I went into two; the SD Museum of Art and the (and I don’t think this is the exact title but it’s close) Museum of Living Artists or something like that. Basically a bunch of local, contemporary artists. Balboa Park is beautiful but it’s very manicured, at least the parts that I saw. There’s very little to it that’s wild like Central Park or Prospect Park.
